So I finished reading Catching Fire a couple of weeks ago (I know, I’m a bit late in reading the series… I’m loving it, though. The books are GREAT.) and now I’m obsessed with who they’re going to pick to play Finnick. I heard that Taylor Kitsch was offered the role, but turned it down to do a Peter Berg film (smart move—*pfft*). I’m kinda glad he did. I think he’s too serious for the role. Finnick’s a bit more charming than he is. It’s funny, though: every time I read Finnick’s name in the book, I saw Taylor’s face.
I think the perfect person would be Garrett Hedlund. He’s golden and charismatic. Is that Finnick’s description as well? Who do you guys see in the role?

Out of the people I’ve heard, I think Garret Hedlund is the better choice looks-wise, but I’ve never seen him act so IDK :/
